QUESTIONS

Billing, briefly.

What counts as an identification?

One image, one run. Re-ranking the same image with a corrected word is not charged again.

Do identifications expire?

Monthly allowances reset each cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over; credit packs bought separately never expire.

Can I cancel mid-cycle?

Yes. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the account drops back to Free.

Why is the commercial index opt-in?

Looking a face up there sends one crop to a licensed partner. On-device identification never does.

Start with one image.

No card, no account, no image leaving the tab.
